Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2012-13 campaign does not only break the record in picking an unusual number of models ever used in the house’s single ad but also, it marks yet another successful collaboration with famed fashion photographer, Steven Meisel who was at the helm of Louis Vuitton’s recent ads.
Joining the French fashion house’s Fall/Winter 2012-13 are next generation models including rising faces like Erjona Ala, Elena Bartels and Mackenzie Drazan. Shot entirely in the extravagant train-station set, Louis Vuitton wants to recreate an exact ambiance of its Paris show that meant to evoke a sense of luxury old-days travel.
Donned selected Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2012-13 designs, models look glamorous in over-sized hats, plain coats adorned by shimmering sequins and decorative details. With a lavishing fashion show is expected to arrive in Shanghai next month, Louis Vuitton also launched a website at www.louisvuittonexpress.com dedicated to the house’s upcoming events. As usual, ads are slated to break in August magazines worldwide so prepare to grab you a copy.
