BALLY FALL/WINTER 2012-13 AD CAMPAIGN

This coming season, Bally taps supermodel Hilary Rhoda and Carolyn Trentini for its Fall/Winter 2012-13 ad campaign. The Swiss fashion house once again picked its hometown with the iconic Swiss Alps for the location. Photographed by famed fashion photographer, Norman Jean Roy, the campaign features the brand’s elegant designs in leather.
Joining supermodel Hilary Rhoda and Carolyn Trentini are male models Cedric Bihr and Robert Konjic whom Bally picked previously for its Spring/Summer 2012 campaign. Faithful to the brand’s distinctive minimalism silhouette, female models donned flamboyant color-coated trenches with leather boots and chain shoulder bag while male models look casual in plain leather jacket.
The selection of the iconic Swiss Alps embraced the roots of the brand. This is a critical aspect to distinct the brand apart from the others, especially in the luxury market where homogeneity means filing for bankruptcy. As usual, the campaign will break in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and GQ in July and then in the August issues of international titles including ELLE.
